Improve User Experience: We use information to debug issues, improve reliability, improve performance, and enhance user experience.

Purpose limitation: We use data only for MySamantha's functionality and to improve the MySamantha user experience. We do not use data to build, improve, or support third-party apps or services. We do not collect or use data from third-party sources unless you explicitly connect that third-party service to MySamantha and request a related feature.

Retention: We retain data you provide directly to MySamantha (and data processed to provide MySamantha features) only for as long as needed to operate the Service, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Purpose limitation: Data accessed from connected accounts (like Gmail/Outlook) is used only to provide features in MySamantha that you request, and is not retained or used for any purpose outside of providing those MySamantha features.

MySamantha may read emails you ask us to read, draft replies, and send emails solely to provide features you use within the service, and only when you explicitly approve. All access tokens used for Gmail or Outlook Mail are encrypted and securely stored. MySamantha will never share your email data with any third parties, and your email information is not used for advertising or unrelated analytics. MySamantha will only interact with your email when you explicitly request or authorize such actions, and you may revoke access at any time through your Google or Outlook account settings.

Calendar Access

If you choose to integrate your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar with Samantha, we request your explicit consent to access your calendar data. Samantha may view, add, and modify events in your calendar solely to provide features you use within the service. All access tokens used for Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar are encrypted and securely stored. Samantha will never share your calendar data with any third parties, and your calendar information is not used for advertising or unrelated analytics. Samantha will only interact with your calendar when you explicitly request or authorize such actions, and you may revoke access at any time through your Google or Outlook account settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Age Restriction: The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age.
