I am going through a tough phase and this chat really helped me to understand certain things. Starting from expressing my problems to figuring out my diet plan , I was able to ask about a lot of stuff. It gave me some fresh perspectives and I like the way. It felt like I am talking to a therapist online. I have tried therapy previously but it would make me uncomfortable when I sense a expression or voice change when they listen to me. Here I am not having that so I can express myself better. The diet plans and meditation suggested were easy and detailed. At one point I felt that it was kind of overwhelming. Like a lot of suggestions started to flow for yoga and diet plan. I am not sure if it's because of the flow or because of the content size. I personally feel it would be better if the content is kept a bit short and the user can choose if they want to expand. And also I shared about my anxiety and what I do to relax myself. It gave me a lot of good suggestions on identifying the pattern when I follow certain techniques to cope up with it. I never thought of it that way. I came to know today that I talk to a lot of people when I am feeling low or anxious and there is a pattern behind it. That added a personal touch to me that someone has taken time to understand my situation and provide their perspective. It would be great if my name is added to the text in the middle of starting to increase the personalization. Overall a great product. I would love to purchase this. Thanks to you and your team. ✨
